Principal Tech Leadership Training

In my work with public schools supporting the adoption of instructional technology, I found that principal is the lynchpin of the process, if it were to extend beyond early-adopter teachers.  I developed this technology planning workshop in 2004 and co-presented it with a regional educational service provider, and presented to principals from multiple school districts.  A follow-up workshop provided support for technology planning efforts in each of my district's schools.  In my second year, I drew on these plans and relationships in coordinating the district's technology plan, with action plans from each grade and department.

Artifacts include the promotional flyer, the slideshow from the first and second workshops, and the technology plan my cohort developed.
