Training Slideshow: Customer Service

Produced for an Instructional Design course in Online Learning, this is a simply made slideshow is designed to be engaging, clear, participatory and effective at sensitizing customer service representatives to different aspects of their work.  The focus for the assignment was to provide a stand-alone module that would stimulate active learning and result in attainment of concepts that could be tested in a performance environment. In this case, the task is to Identify the unhelpful customer service representative response from two examples and categorize it appropriately as unprofessional or bad customer service.
